Can I just say wow big Rumble fan. If you haven’t tried it I don’t know what you’re waiting for. Rumble training opened at the studio near my apartment a few weeks ago so I decided to give it a try.
Here’s the scoop: I’m going to be honest I was alittle nervous before taking the class because I wasn’t sure if I would be able to keep up. The class is half of the workout is on the mat and half on the treadmill(bane of my existence). Let me tell you the class was so much fun and I didn’t die. The treadmill was awesome and got my heart rate going. You are able to choose what level you are on the treadmill and if the workout is too easy you can bump it up. Overall I give the class a 9/10. I would definitely go back.
Compared to Rumble Training, I’d say the Rumble boxing is more intense and usually leaves me sore for days. It’s the same concept half the class is spent on the mat and the other with the water bag. I think I like boxing better because it lowkey makes me feel like rocky 🙂 Overall I give the class a 9.5/10.
My favorite thing about both classes is that 1 it’s in the dark so if you feel like you look like you don’t know what you’re doing, no one is watching you! 2. The music really keeps me going it’s always upbeat and current. 3. Most instructors tell you how to do certain patterns and you are supposed to remember it. With rumble everything is on the screen so incase you forget what you should be doing it’s there for you. I recommend trying both classes!
